In this session, all about child abuse and neglect cases, participants will learn what the roles of GALs, AJOs and Parents' Attorneys are in Family Court, how a CA/N case progresses, and practical advice for attorneys who are unfamiliar with doing this type of case. Finally, the need for diversity in Family Court will be discussed.
