Charles S. Pullium, III received his B.S. degree from Central Missouri State University and his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Mr. Pullium is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Pullium is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri Mortgage Bankers Association, Illinois State Bar, The Missouri Bar, Kansas State Bar, and the American Bar Association. In addition to being a frequent speaker at legal and industry educational events, Mr. Pullium has authored articles for both regional and national publications.
