The session will provide an overview of different types of mental health evaluations and interventions that may be used during and after family court cases. Dr. Scott will discuss the possible outcomes of mental health evaluations, including those done due to concerns about mental health, substance use or personality problems. The session will include discussion of how to determine if mental health interventions should begin during or after litigation. Finally, the effects of mental health evaluations and interventions involving children will be considered.
