This session will address the use of, and differences between, a variety of neutral roles including special masters, commissioners, mediators, arbitrators, parenting coordinators and evaluators. The program will provide factors to consider in selecting the neutral role that will be the most effective in helping solve issues. It will help attorneys and neutrals define such roles so that the services are clearly defined for litigants and can be provided ethically and consistent with rules and statutes.
