With the amendment to Rule 88.02, we discuss the expectations of the attorneys, the parties, and the mediator for Family Law Mediation.

Topics for discussion will include:

• Styles of mediators and how to select the right one for your case.
• How to decide whether the mediation should be parties only or with attorneys present.
• How to properly prepare your client, yourself, and the mediator for mediation.
• How to handle your role as the attorney during the mediation process.
