Breakout 6 | Maintenance modifications

Maintenance is one of the last areas of family law where neither statute nor rule set firm guidelines for the Court. The statute is small (and completely intertwined with child support modifications) and the caselaw is large (and often contradictory). Join us for a discussion of maintenance modifications in 2024 (and if SB 1364 passes what they will look like in 2025).
