The Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct require lawyers to “keep abreast of changes in the law and its practice, including the benefits and risks associated with relevant technology”. This program looks at AI's impact on the profession and its ethics and malpractice considerations.

• Recognize the interplay between application of AI technology and The Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct.
• Understand the malpractice liability exposure of AI and how to manage that risk.
• Learn best practices for the installation and implementation of AI in their firm.
