Trying a case is about telling a story, and creating a narrative, for your client. This CLE will provide tips for how to think about what you are trying to convey, and how to get your evidence admitted to support your side.  

Learning objectives

• Presenting your evidence at trial should be tailored to your jury, which includes taking discovery and turning it into exhibits.
• Talking to a jury includes using descriptive language, and not legalese. 
• Demonstrative exhibits are often powerful tools to more effectively convey what you want the factfinder to focus on.
