The Missouri Legal Ethics Counsel will provide an update on current ethics issues relevant to Missouri lawyers, including a discussion of recently published Informal Opinions. This program will also include a discussion of recently published opinions in disciplinary matters. An overview of resources for researching ethics questions will also be provided.

Learning objectives:

• A clear understanding of recent published Informal Opinions.
• To be better informed about compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
• To understand from case law conduct that results in violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct and discipline.
• Resources for assistance with ethics questions.
