Breakout 11| What every solo/small firm attorney needs to know about social security (qualifies for 1.0 ethics credit)


This session will focus on disability, retirement, and survivors benefits programs administered by the Social Security Administration from the point of view of the solo/small firm attorney. The requirements for each program will be highlighted, along with a review of how those programs fit within the solo/small firm attorneys' ethical duty to succession plan, and their plans for a meaningful retirement whether due to age, desire, or disability.
