This session will cover causes of action to remove fiduciaries, including personal representatives, trustees, and agents under powers of attorney. Topics will include grounds for seeking removal of fiduciaries and the procedure for seeking removal. We will also cover causes of action for recovering damages based on breaches of fiduciary duties.
