This presentation will suggest better voir dire approaches to reasonable doubt, presumption of innocence, and the burden of proof, as well as a variety of issues specific to DWI cases.

• How to use voir dire to begin selling your reasonable doubt theory of the case. 
• How to use voir dire to condition jurors to think in default terms of not guilty. 
• How to identify and eliminate jurors that will choke on "not guilty.
