What are the nuances of representing a client who is also subject to the IV-D child support program?  Whether you represent the obligee or the obligor parent, you will learn your statutory duties to the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division when pleadings are filed or judgments are entered and get tips for how and when to communicate with the agency.  We will also discuss the enforcement tools and their criteria that are available to IV-D programs in Missouri, all other states and DC, US territories, and over 60 federally recognized Native American tribes.
