An examination of bias in Juvenile Court Abuse and Neglect cases involving the poor, minorities and handicapped parents and children. Speakers with discuss: Awareness that biases exist in the decision-making in juvenile court; examining the impact bias has on investigations, placement decisions and reunification; recognizing the difference parenting styles and social control; assessing the effect of bias on Juvenile Justice.
