Planning for a Disabled Family Member: How Special Needs Planning Can Ease the Burden of Child Support & Maintenance Payments


A dissolution involving a disabled spouse or child can result in an increased burden in child support and maintenance that, often, lasts longer than normal.  In this session, T.
