Children with special needs require unique care when considering support to avoid disqualification from necessary services.  After completing this session, participants will be able to identify the different variables that must be considered in structuring a support judgment for a special needs child, discuss the different types of special needs trusts available, which one is best suited to the specific circumstances, and how to draft a judgment document to conform with the trust and maximize the benefit for the parents and child.
