This program is designed for lawyers handling landlord-tenant cases on more than a casual basis. Handling a landlord-tenant case from the prospective of the landlord and tenant as well as common pitfalls will be discussed. Future legislation to help lawyers who handle landlord-tenant cases will also be part of this program.
