In 2018, the Missouri Constitution was amended to allow access to medical marijuana. Now, it appears another constitutional amendment for adult-use of marijuana will be on the ballot this fall. This program will cover the 2018 medical marijuana amendment, the current regulation of medical marijuana by the Department of Health, and the adult-use ballot initiative.
