In this second session, presenters will debrief Comings and Goings, explain the Power and Control Wheel and its value in an attorney's legal practice, lead a discussion identifying the importance for attorneys to understand the dynamics of domestic violence in order to provide ethical representation, and provide tools and resources for attorneys to assist them in their legal practice when domestic violence has been alleged.
