Competing in family court cases is an important skill for attorneys, but the negative effects of competing unnecessarily can be significant. This session will examine the negative side effects of being too competition oriented and will demonstrate how Game Theory can help determine whether it is better to compete with the other side or to cooperate and work toward settlement.
