The Missouri Legal Ethics Counsel will provide an update including a discussion on recent changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct, opinions in disciplinary cases, recently published Informal Advisory Opinions, and changes effective January 1, 2023, to Rule 5 – Complaints and Proceedings Thereon relevant to the Office of Legal Ethics Counsel.
