Attendees of this program will look at the statutory requirements of preparing a guardianship/conservatorship petition and what to do when the person needing guardianship moves to another county or state.
This program will walk a new or experienced professional through the requirements of Chapter 475 RSMo in filing for an initial guardianship/conservatorship or transferring one under the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act.
