The presenter will discuss the transition from Frye to Daubert in Missouri, and how this changes the admissibility of scientific testimony. During this discussion, we will set forth the rule, and walk through the way to challenge the testimony, and the evidence needed for the challenge. Finally, there will be discussion on how the admissibility standard allowed scientific evidence previously barred.
