Hour 1 - The Quiz: Ten questions and ten answers covering a potpourri of the hottest topics in legal malpractice and ethics, and what you need to know to protect yourself from novel malpractice risks and ethics complaints.

Hour 2 - Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to change the practice of law with real opportunities for growth and advancement for attorneys who knowledgeably adopt and use AI tools. However, ignoring AI technology or hastily rushing its implementation can create ethics and malpractice risks.
