Opening plenary | Remote public access: June 2024 update on common redaction and ethics questions (qualifies for 1.2 ethics hours)


It has been almost a year since the opening of Case.net to the public by remote public access, but lawyers still have important questions about complying with the redaction requirements. This updated CLE will provide practical guidance to lawyers on common redaction questions. Through a series of scenarios, the redaction requirements will be applied to assist lawyers in understanding their obligations. Additionally, common ethics questions related to redaction issues will be discussed.
