Estate lawyers are very good at helping clients get their affairs in order, from preparing and signing the right documents to reorganizing ownership and beneficiary designations for optimal and desirable results. This program will provide estate practitioners with tips and tools to help them get their clients trusts fully funded and to keep their affairs in order for years after each engagement.
