Breakout session 3 | Administrative Hearing Commission: Nuts and Bolts


During this presentation, we will outline the basics of handling a case before the AHC from filing to final decision. We start by describing what the AHC does and identifying the types of cases we hear. We will also discuss the applicable procedural and evidentiary rules applied by the AHC. Finally, we will identify some common mistakes by explaining how practicing before the AHC differs from your typical practice in state court.
