For better or worse, social media is unavoidable. It is a source of great frustration and can also be a treasure trove. In this program, we will be looking not only at all the ways to find social media profiles that a litigant may not want you to see, but also breaking down how to pull the maximum amount of information when analyzing a profile for a case. 

You will learn:

• Locating some social media is easy, but locating all social media can be difficult. It takes both creativity and diligence.
• There are critical steps you need to take before and while conducting your own social media research, not only to protect yourself but to safeguard your ethical and legal obligations as attorneys.
• When analyzing social media, it is easy to leave a lot of information on the table. 
• The same considerations you use when analyzing social media for litigation can be applied to protect yourself and your family members when using social media for personal reasons.
