Description

Many cases involving personal injury will involve two issues that are just as critical as the amount of the monetary award or settlement.  First is satisfaction of liens against the settlement and structuring the settlement to best meet the client’s situation and needs.  Second involves the preservation of public benefits and the management of settlement proceeds.
