Val Crozier is a member of the firm’s eDiscovery Services Team. She manages and consults with case teams on complex reviews in areas including antitrust, banking, class and derivative actions, commercial litigation, real estate, labor and employment, white collar defense and intellectual property. Val has extensive experience negotiating confidentiality agreements on behalf of clients.

Whittney Dunn is a professional responsibility attorney providing legal ethics and professional responsibility advice to the attorneys of Barnes & Thornburg LLP, an AmLaw 100 firm. Whittney previously served as Senior Risk Manager at The Bar Plan, where she gave ethics CLEs and provided guidance to insureds on practicing ethically.
An experienced litigator, Mike has litigated a variety of civil cases, including personal injury, complex commercial disputes, employment, real estate, and professional malpractice claims. He has first and second chair trial experience and has successfully handled proceedings at every level of the Missouri court system.
A healthcare attorney and registered nurse, Tamar brings clients a 360-degree view of healthcare regulation. In addition to counseling clients on complex healthcare regulatory matters, Tamar’s experience includes nursing on medical-surgical and intensive care units at Level 1 trauma centers, coordinating risk management for a pediatric academic medical center and serving on hospital ethics committees. She understands healthcare regulatory law from all perspectives: drafting, implementation and enforcement. Her ability to navigate the legal alignment of patient care and compliance is comprehensive and unique.

Leland Shurin is a member of the Missouri, Kansas and Arizona Bar Associations. For the past 15 years his concentration has been as special master appointed by state and federal courts, as well as arbitrator, mediator and receiver.
