Description

This presentation will address the current state of Missouri’s Medical Marijuana Program, its anticipated growth, and how its growth will impact landlords, employers, and others. The program will also review some of the unique characteristics of marijuana, such as being illegal under federal law and legal under Missouri law.

Mr. Preston is a native of Springfield, Missouri, an eagle scout, and a graduate of Leadership Springfield and the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy.
