Stacey L. Meinen graduated Cum Laude from the University of Missouri — St. Louis in 2000. There, she earned her B.A. in Psychology and B.S. in Criminology/Criminal Justice. She then attended St. Louis School of Law and graduated in 2004. She is/has served for 10 years on the Missouri Bar Solo and Small Firm Planning Committee and from 2013 through 2015 served/serves as the Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Committee. Over the last ten years, she has written and presented multiple continuing legal education programs for the Solo and Small Firm Committee. Stacey is also a proud National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) member. She practices in the areas of debt defense, personal injury and traffic law.  

In addition to Stacey’s professional and educational background, she is also enthusiastic about her local community. Stacey and her husband are members of the Overland Lions Club, a non-profit assisting and supporting local charities as well as national and international initiatives.

Stacey is happily married and cherishes her two stepchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys singing karaoke and is an avid bowler.

Paul Henry has been a member of the Missouri Bar since 1990 and currently serves as the Chair of the Eminent Domain committee. He is also Missouri’s only member of the Owner’s Counsel of America. Mr. Henry’s entire legal career has been in private practice with the firm of Denlow & Henry which focuses on representing owners in condemnation and eminent domain law matters. He has authored many articles and spoken on dozens of occasions on eminent domain law. Some of his published articles include “Trial of Exceptions in Missouri Condemnation Cases”, St. Louis Bar Journal; “Inverse Condemnation: Airplane Noise and Damages," The Southwestern Legal Foundation; and several chapters in the three different editions of the Missouri Condemnation Practice Handbook. He also was a former Editor of the American Bar Association Committee on Condemnation Newsletter.
