Unconscious bias is a big problem in the practice of law, particularly in the office. Many lawyers don’t understand it and, as a result, we don’t understand how it’s undermining the legal workplace. In this program Stuart Teicher, Esq. explains unconscious bias, shows how it manifests itself in the legal profession and law office, and recommends strategies to eliminate that bias in the legal workplace and overall practice of law.
