Missouri’s Small Claims Courts are considered the “people’s court,” however, attorneys are allowed to represent their clients including small business clients before these Courts.  This course is meant to provide participants with the ins and outs of practice in Missouri’s Small Claims Courts and how to best represent small business clients in the same.
