An experienced litigator, Mike has litigated a variety of civil cases, including personal injury, complex commercial disputes, employment, real estate, and professional malpractice claims. He has first and second chair trial experience and has successfully handled proceedings at every level of the Missouri court system.
Sam is a third-year associate in the intellectual property litigation group at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP in Kansas City, Missouri. He handles a mix of plaintiff and defense work, focusing primarily on patent and copyright issues
Peter Montecuollo is a trial lawyer who defends complex product liability matters, specializing in pharmaceutical drug litigation. He also has experience defending intellectual property, professional responsibility, and complex commercial matters.
