Originally presented at our Solo & Small Firm Conference, June 9-11, 2021 

The panel will review the fundamentals and latest developments associated with the enforcement of and defense against non-compete agreements and separation agreements. Speakers will talk through best practices for entering into such agreements as well as litigating the agreements once agreements have already been entered into by clients.
