After growing up in Blue Springs, Jennifer currently resides in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with her husband and three children. While attending law school, Jennifer served as secretary of the UMKC Student Bar Association.

Prior to joining Oswald Roam & Rew LLC, Jennifer worked for over two years as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Michael W. Manners in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri. During her clerkship, she gained invaluable experience and knowledge in handling various dockets, specifically domestic, criminal, and civil rotations.

Allison Lee is a seasoned trial attorney. She has been lead counsel in more than 40 jury trials and was co-lead counsel in one of the longest jury trials in the history of the City of St. Louis. Ms. Lee has also tried more than 100 non-jury trials to verdict, including representation of men and women in divorce and modification hearings. Ms. Lee focuses her practice on family law and domestic relations.

Ms. Lee is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. The Academy Fellows are highly skilled negotiators and litigators who represent individuals in all facets of family law. These areas include divorce, annulment, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements, child custody and visitation, business valuations, property valuations and division, alimony, child support and other family law issues. Patricia “Tricia” M. Scaglia, received her J.D. from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. She received a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She served as law clerk to the late Honorable Kelly J. Moorhouse, Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of Missouri and to the Honorable Robert E. Larsen, United States District Court Western District of Missouri. Ms. Scaglia practices primarily in the area of Family Law, frequently serving as a Guardian Ad Litem and mediator. Ms. Scaglia also handles family law appeals.

Ms. Scaglia has appeared before the Western District of Missouri and Eastern District of Missouri. Ms. Scaglia is Immediate Past Chair of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA) Family Law Committee. She is active in the Missouri Bar Family Law Section Council serving as Vice-Chair of the Executive Council; Chair, Continuing Legal Education; and Chair, Family Law Conference Planning Committee. Ms. Scaglia is the 2008 recipient of the KCMBA President’s Award for her work as Chair of the KCMBA Family Law Committee. Ms. Scaglia serves on the Missouri Supreme Court Committee for Access to Family Courts. Ms. Scaglia is a life-long resident of Kansas City, Missouri. She is licensed in Missouri and Kansas.

Shannon received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Economics from Kansas State University in 1993. She attended Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska and received her law degree (J.D.) from Creighton in 2000. While in law school, she clerked for Nebraska Legal Services for approximately two years where she gained extensive and valuable legal experience working with families while working toward her law degree.

Shortly after graduation, relocated to Columbia, Missouri. In Columbia, she took a position with Mid-Missouri Legal Services that services clients in Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Chariton, Cole, Cooper, Howard, Miller, Moniteau, and Osage Counties. As a staff attorney she continued to work with families and represent clients in adoptions, child custody, paternity, dissolution of marriage, domestic violence cases and modifications.

Since August 2009, Shannon has practiced in the Kansas City Metropolitan area exclusive in the family law area. Shannon’s experience, mediation and guardian ad litem training, as well as her membership in AFCC have provided her with the tools and resources to help the cases she is involved proceed more quickly and amicably. Which is ultimately in the entire family’s best interests.
