Alan Pratzel was appointed as the Chief Disciplinary Counsel by the Supreme Court of Missouri in April 2007.  In that position, Mr. Pratzel oversees the system that receives, investigates and litigates ethics complaints against lawyers in Missouri.  He began working for the attorney discipline system in 1985, serving as a Special Representative in the City of St. Louis.  Prior to becoming Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Mr. Pratzel was in private practice for 30 years in St. Louis, engaging in various types of litigation.  He is also an adjunct professor of Professional Responsibility at the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia and at the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.

Mr. Reynolds is a member of Evans & Dixon, having practiced Illinois and Missouri Workers’ Compensation defense exclusively at the firm since 1992.

A mid-Missouri native, Deidre graduated from William Woods University and worked in the marketing and public relations field before attending law school.
After graduating UMKC School of Law in 2011, she began her legal career at the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office in Kansas City. While in Kansas City, she obtained extensive litigation experience on high-level felony cases including first-chairing over 16 jury trials. She was also active in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and served on several different boards.
In 2020, Deidre continued her career as a public servant for the State of Missouri in the Attorney General's Office Labor Division. She recently has been promoted to the Unit Leader Supervisor in the Jefferson City Office. She enjoys the legal challenges that the Workers Compensation field provides. 
Besides spending time with her husband, Deidre enjoys to travel, walk her adorable dogs (seriously they are the cutest), and compete with her horses.
