We cover the prevalence of stress and anxiety in the legal profession and how it factors into leaving or considering leaving legal practice. We will discuss warning signs of stress and anxiety, and tips for responding effectively. We will cover several basic tips and strategies to manage stress and anxiety, and opportunities to use them in day-to-day practice. We cover common ethical dilemmas attorneys face.
