Description

In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court of the United States recognized LGBTQ protections under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the full participation of the LGBTQ community in the American workplace. In light of this historical legal development and dynamic employment policies, understanding these protections is essential to guiding business and representing individuals.
