Description

In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court of the United States recognized LGBTQ protections under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the full participation of the LGBTQ community in the American workplace. In light of this historical legal development and dynamic employment policies, understanding these protections is essential to guiding business and representing individuals.

Who Should Attend
This program is broadly based for practicing lawyers, whether representing corporations or individuals, and for those who have operations in which they manage a number of people.  The insights will provide practical guidance for making the workplace ever more inclusive, as well as understanding the legal and societal developments that have led to more recent developments in this field.
