Originally presented at our MOSOLO Small Firm Conference, June 9-11, 2022

This program will provide an overview of the expungement process in Missouri. We’ll focus on RSMo 610.140, but will also cover arrest, dwi and other expungement statutes. Attendees will receive case law updates and practice tips.
