Description

The goal of this presentation is to get you thinking about the financial and psychological components of retirement.  We will discuss financial considerations of retirement along with the mindset of retirement.  Many successful people fail at retirement because it is hard to transition from working 50+ hours each week to having an overabundance of time on your hands.  What will you do to stay mentally and physically active in retirement?  What is important to you – money, family, health, community, etc.?  How does this all come together to allow you to achieve your version of retirement?

What you will learn:
•    Financial Considerations:  Have you saved enough to live your lifestyle in retirement?  If not, what changes are you willing to accept to be able to retire?  Do you know how much money it will take to achieve your retirement goals?
•    Psychological Considerations:  Who are you outside of the office?  What do you like to do – hobbies, volunteer opportunities, second career opportunities, etc.  What does your ideal transition into the next chapter of your life look like?
