Originally presented at our MOSOLO Small Firm Conference, June 9-11, 2022

We all have biases. Many are positive, but others are negative. This session will discuss both explicit and implicit bias in the profession. How do we recognize our biases? How does bias impact how we practice law and how judges oversee cases? What can we do to overcome or adapt to bias in our practices and in the courtroom?
