Total Credits: 1.1 Self Study
This program was originally presented at our 2023 MOSOLO Small Firm Conference, June 8-10, 2023
Scaling up a law firm is a difficult task. In this session, Kimberly Benjamin will discuss how to establish policies, procedures, and systems so you can spend more time doing what you do best: practicing law. Afterall, a successful practice where you don't have to focus on all the non-lawyer stuff is one of the greatest ways to avoid burnout.
Speaker: Kimberly Benjamin, Benjamin Law Firm, Belton
