Tim Monsees is a shareholder and director with the firm Monsees & Mayer, P.C. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Texas, and Colorado. Mr. Monsees restricts his practice to the representation of injured parties in litigation of product liability, particularly cases related to defective firearms and hunting tree stands. Mr. Monsees’ firm has received national recognition for litigation related to injuries from defective sporting equipment and from defective firearms. In 2022, Tim was recognized by the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association for lifetime achievement as a “Dean of the Trial Bar.”
