After the Supreme Court published its ruling in Fair Admissions, lawyers and their clients were concerned about the impact this ruling would have upon diversity programs in the workplace. Those who attend this presentation will be informed of what may be required to maintain diversity in the workplace without violating the Supreme Court’s ruling. The goal of this presentation, therefore, is to provide a possible road map for law practices and their clients to use, so that diversity in the workplace can be maintained without making race-based employment decisions.
Speaker: Lawrence J. Altman, Attorney at Law, Overland Park, KS
