This course will teach you how ERISA law works and the impact on personal injury, worker's compensation and social security cases. You will hear examples of real cases teaching you what you need to know to deal with ERISA liens asserted by health care plans, and ERISA plans and how to deal with offsets from worker's compensation disability benefits and social security benefits.
