Whether you’re taking your first probate case or looking to expand your knowledge of the probate process, this session will walk you through the essential steps of probate administration in Missouri. Ideal for solo and small firm practitioners, this practical guide will help you build a solid foundation for handling probate matters with confidence.

We'll cover testate and intestate administration, supervised v. independent, determinations of heirship, small estate affidavits, and briefly touch on guardianship/conservatorship and probate litigation.
