The practice of law is demanding. Anne Chambers, LCSW, Director of the Missouri Lawyers’ Assistance Program will discuss strategies to balance work, social and personal obligations. We will cover choosing priorities when you feel overwhelmed, managing work related stress, recovering from burnout and strengthening resilience. We will briefly discuss the prevalence of mental health and substance concerns in the legal profession and available resources.
