Aaron represents individual and corporate clients in various matters involving fiduciary litigation and administration in Missouri and Kansas. He has also handled appeals in the Missouri Courts of Appeal for the Western, Eastern, and Southern Districts in matters involving no-contest clauses, powers of attorney, trust administration, breach of fiduciary duty, and the title to transferred property.
Before joining Kirkland Woods & Martinsen LLP in 2017, Aaron was an attorney at Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP where he defended companies in individual and complex litigation.
Aaron received his B.A. in English literature from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas in 2004 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2008. He served as editor-in-chief of the UMKC Law Review, and he was also a student clerk to Judge Scott Wright of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
